We are so glad you have decided to call Painted Tree your home. We created this page to help you get settled into the neighborhood, get connected to resources, and take advantage of what your community has to offer you.
Painted Tree welcomed its first residents at the beginning of 2023. The community includes over 3,000 homes, 3 amenities, 25 miles of trails, 10+ planned builders, and more. CCMC, your onsite management team, manages the Community Association. The community developer is Oxland Group, who currently has volunteers appointed to the Board of Directors and Architectural Control Committee. You can read more about these entities in your Welcome Home Guide linked below. That will be your first stop to learn about the community before perusing through the website and the community mobile app.
Welcome Home Guide
Read through your Welcome Home Guide (link) for information regarding the community, how to stay connected, and more. This includes all of the information you need to know as a brand new member of the neighborhood. We recommend bookmarking it instead of downloading or printing it as it is a living document that will see minor changes over time, such as updated FAQs or the amenity's operating hours once they're complete.
New Resident Checklist
Mailbox Keys
Your mailbox keys are conveyed at closing. If you purchased a new build, your respective builder will give you your keys. If you are leasing the house from a homeowner, your keys will be given to you by the owner. The Association does not come into possession of any resident mailbox keys.
Register on the "Painted Tree TX" Mobile App
Registration on the application will activate your phone to gain entry to the pools and other gates areas. The app will also allow you to view and RSVP for events and access community information on your phone.
If you are currently signed up as a "prospective" on the app, contact us so we can change your account to provide you with the resident privileges, including amenity access.

Registration is not needed to access the website and most documents. Association financials are the only item locked and can be accessed using your Painted Tree TX mobile app log in information.
Log Into Your Resident Payment Portal
The resident payment portal is your go-to to see your current balance, register for automatic direct debit, and view your account activity.

Your username is the six-digit account number on your first paper statement. You'll receive this in time for the next billing date (January 1, April 1, July 1, October 1). Please note, your closing documents will disclose how much you pre-paid, which depends on how your closing date lined up with our billing dates. RSVP for the Next New Resident Orientation & Social
Come out and meet your management team and other new neighbors. Find it on the community app and RSVP so we can welcome you to the community in-person. If you can't make it to one of the orientations, then come to another community event. We'll see you there!
